Summary
Put simply, your project gets delayed.
The Details
Getting your new website or project complete takes a lot of coordination between both of us. In order to ensure that all of our projects are completed in a timely manner, we have a revolving queue of updates that are prioritized by when the relevant information is received.
Put simply, if you don’t get us the information we need to proceed, we can’t move forward and will have to move your project to the back of the line. Depending on our current project volume, this will usually delay your next update by 1 to 4 weeks.
However, the longer it takes you to get us the information, the longer the delay. If for instance, you haven’t sent us anything for 6 to 12 months, it may take us up to 1 to 2 months to work your project back into the queue. In this case, you do have the option to “jump the line” by paying a rush fee (this fee will be quoted at the time of the request based on our workload and your required timeline).
